It is right in front of the beach, with spectacular views of Estoril and Cascais. room is spacious, bed very comfortable and terrace very coquettish. Although we do not use it, it has a very well equipped kitchen, with new and clean appliances. There are plenty of sockets, wifi has adequate power. breakfast is not bad, with good views. Tea is excellent. reception is great. Maybe it was the time, there was enough parking around the hotel, restaurants. Just on the way down from the hotel there is an underpass that runs along the train track joining the promenade; from there you can walk to Cascais or to Sao Joao de Estoril. swimming pool looks good, we didn't try it because of the weather. hotel is a very good option for a getaway.
I think at the time we're here, the carpet may have been left over, it was very clean, but for those with allergies... I can tell. The bathtub is small, and it has a curtain. The breakfast buffet could be more varied: no pate, little variety of fruit, yogurt or sausage.

We had a huge room still with separate beds were two beds of 1'35, on the 5th floor with terrace and sea views a marvel . The breakfast is very good, the lounge where it is served has all the view to the sea . The staff is super attentive, they speak perfect Spanish. . The swimming pools with hammocks and towel service is great as long as the weather is good! . It's very close to Cascais, about 20 minutes walking on the promenade, it's worth it. The beaches of Ayi are better. . Tamariz Beach Estoril is a 5 minute walk away and is a very good beach. You can eat very well in both Cascais and Estoril, in the hotel restaurant the food service is more expensive and I recommend eating out!
I was told that they would manage my check in as a genius customer a few hours earlier but in fact they didn't give us a room until 2pm. . More than a four star on a three.. Hotel that needs a little refurbishment to modernise it, but it's the least relevant... I'm looking at an indoor swimming pool, but it's heated. If the weather is like it was for us, it's freezing.

We rested at the end of April with the family, took two rooms. The hotel itself is an A-plus. Breakfasts are standard: cheeses, sausages and ham in assortment, croissants, Belgian waffles and pancakes, butter, jams, breakfast cereals, drinks and fruits and vegetables - all as it should be. On hot oatmeal porridge, omelette, boiled eggs, sausages, fried bacon, beans in a tomato. Unobtrusive, polite staff. Pools are functioning, in the closed water is heated to 25 degrees, the outdoor pool is heated by the sun. Jacuzzi can be used at any time. The water is warm there. From Estoril, it is very convenient to travel around Portugal by public transport or by car rental. Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra are all within easy reach (very much enjoyed). To the Grotto Gate of Hell on foot instead of an evening stroll. It takes half an hour by bus to the westernmost point on the continent.
If tourists want an ocean view room, they will get a view of the busy road and railroad tracks. There's no beach under the window, rocks. The nearest sandy beach is about 10 minutes away, where you can sit on your own bed or buy a sun lounger and umbrella, but in April this service was not yet available - it is not the season.

I rested with 2 children 14 years old at the hotel from 6 to 10 May. I liked the quick check-in. We arrived from Lisbon 1.5 hours early, immediately checked into the room. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony (took a room with a view), comfortable temperature in the room, excellent that there is a kitchen corner and everything you need: plates, pans, 2 pots, forks, spoons, knife, microwave. All that was missing was a wine opener:))). Bought, left the following customer numbers:)))). On TV, they even found 1 Russian channel. Two swimming pools, bathed only in closed, as the weather was cool and rainy. You can have a massage, sit in the sauna. When ordering a massage 60eur sauna 5 eur. Ocean in 5 minutes walk from the hotel, wonderful promenade with cafes and restaurants, beautiful beaches, convenient location, 15 minutes left on foot - Estoril, 15 minutes right on foot - Cascais. Cascais has a 3 storey shopping mall, of course not comparable to Lisbon, but still. And the biggest supermarket Jumbo, the biggest choice of food, wine. Right at the bottom of the mall you can buy tickets for the bus, 24 hours pass and go to Sintra and Cape Roca, 15 eur ride all day on all buses. We had a late departure, at reception we dropped off our suitcases and went shopping in Lisbon. We came back, recharged our phones, called uber and went to the airport. Waiting for the station is a 5-minute walk, you can go to Lisbon by train and there by subway directly to the airport. The reception desk is very responsive. They fulfill all requests, politely. On the day of arrival, a bottle of water and fruit is placed. It's a pleasure.
Uncomfortable extra bed. You can make something bigger, the hotel is not cheap. For the same money we rested in a 5-star 3-bed room with breakfast + dinner in Tenerife in 2017. They didn't give us an extra pillow, I took it from the kids. There is a mini-bar in the room, after cleaning a bottle of beer disappeared:))). The cleaning lady is black, she sings all the time. Said at reception she wasn't ready to pay for their drinks to the staff. Said they'd sort it out, they wouldn't bill. Asked me to clean up the mini-bar, they cleaned it up right away. The cleaning lady was never seen again. The safe is paid, you give the reception deposit 10eur for the key + payment for the safe for the number of days, on departure 10 eur is returned. The masseuse tries to smell her bio additives at any cost. She tried to sell me "special" fish oil for 46 eur. It's the same one we saw at a pharmacy in Cascais for 14. The breakfasts are very modest, the products are quality but mega modest. I compare hotels in Riga, Jurmala with 4 stars, I don't talk about Tenerife. Nothing changes, there is no choice practically, cheese cuts 3 kinds, 3 kinds of meat cuts, baking 4 kinds, sausages, eggs, omelette, beans, mushrooms, fruits (oranges, apples, kiwi), tea, coffee, water.

Chic location - 5 minutes from Monte Estoril station, 15 minutes walk to Cascais and hypermarket. The ocean view from the room is something extraordinary. Breakfast is good, everything is porridge, bacon, eggs, coffee, yogurt. The dishes in the room are all except for the corkscrew. The bathroom is clean, there is a table on the balcony, two chairs and a stool - you can have lunch and dinner with the three of us (we were 12 years old) with such a beautiful view that no restaurant in Estoril and Cascais has.
SPA only disappointed - sauna 10 euros, massage - 55 euros, pool water is cold, Jacuzzi turns off after 5 minutes - you have to get out and turn on again.

I really liked the room and the tv channels (plenty English channels) and the flat screen tv. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms kept very clean. Breakfast room overlooks the Atlantic and is very nice with plenty to choose from. Pool area was nice to sunathe and got sun all day long.
No complaints, will stay at this hotel again.

Room was a good size and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and very extensive.
The room was supposed to have a sea view but the sea was only visible from the balcony. The WiFi did not extend as far as my room so I had no internet connection.

Nice spacious hotel room with a kitchette. An excellent view. Also nice view from the restaurant where one breakfast was served.
How our request for taxi was handeled. First night we were told a price of 25-35 EUR to Lisbon airport. Second day, another receptionist called a taxi ( without proper taxi company's identification?) and the driver charged us 50 EUR ( finally agreed to 45). It has never happened at a 4 star hotel- very unpleasant argument with the driver (ordered from the hotel). First breakfast was served at a swimming pool side- doors open and very windy. Nice place but service can be approved..

View from 14th floor sea-view room was spectacular. Fantastic, large spacious, comfy, rooms, also perfect location to the beach, nearby town & MotoGP circuit.
Got soaked on the Saturday, no on-site facilities to dry clothing, ie: laundry room, or trouser press. Laundry is sent off-site Mon-Fri only. Also issues using internet facility in lobby. Was either down or no spare log-in's available on each occasion.
